We currently deliver across all areas in Kuwait.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.

3. When will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s shipped.

4. Can I return or exchange my items?

We only accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

5. How do I request an exchange?

Contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number.
You’ll need to ship the item back — return shipping is covered by the customer.
